Located in the heart of Périgord, in a charming typical and authentic village, our house welcomes you during holidays. Can accommodate up to 4 people, the house will be your ally for a moment of relaxation with family or friends.
A house of relaxation and absolute comfort!
If you’re looking for a beautiful, calm environment, full nature, with walking trails along
babbling brooks, forests and fields, but also with historical villages, vineyards and wineries,
than you’ll find all this in the Dordogne-Perigord.
The region is also well known for its rich gastronomy.
You’ll get here easily by car, train or airplane. (Bergerac Airport and trainstation)
And you’ll feel immediately at home in your ‘wellness-holidayhome’, for 2 to 4 people.
The house is situated in St Capraise on a south slope in the heights nearby the Dordogne river,
It has a breathtaking panoramic view from the delightful veranda.
And this at only 15 minutes from Bergerac, the Airport and the trainstation.
This part of the Perigord is particularly attractif with nearby all the different Bastides : Beaumont, Monpazier, St Avit Seigneur, Molières, the Cadouin Abbey, the Medieval Town of Sarlat and the famous winecastle ‘Château de Monbazillac’, but also the castles of Biron, Beynac, Milandes, Castelneaud and countless caves, such as the world famous Lascaux Cave.

Rates for body care and massages : from 40 € to 75 €
If you come for 1 week or a midweek, I’ll offer you the 1st breakfast as a welcome present.
If you come for a ‘Wellness Weekend’, than is breakfast included and offered everyday.
Rates : 1 week 550 - 750 €, midweek 450 €, weekend 350 €.
